Let's GROW together!
The two new cycles of the “LearnINg Community” will be opened after our first cycle of this course had ended, with over 100 registered participants in it, a team of 12 assistants and a conflict resolution team that was led by the participants themselves. During the 10 months course as well as after its ending, we got lots of feedback from participants.

We are happy to share some of the meaningful feedback we got, as we appreciate transparency and we aim to learn together how to create a community that will answer more and more needs in the future. We will also share below what steps are taken in order to move forward and make it different this time :
Feedback 1
Home groups
It was difficult to find time to meet as many people are from different time zones, availability and so on. Our home group did not manage to stay connected.
It was hard to focalize the group and to reach clear decisions in the beginning before creating trust and safety.
We grow!
Home groups
This time we will have people sign up for home groups upon their available time in the week.
If you want to meet on Wednesday mornings CET, you'll register to this group.
If you want to meet on Sunday evenings CET you'll register to that group.
More so, we will have assistants supporting each of the home groups.
This time we will also have Home groups practice as a routine on our trainer-led sessions and on our community meetings.
Feedback 2
Community platform
The course started with a lot of movement and sharing on the community platform, slowly it seems like people lost interest and not a lot was going on.
We grow!
Community Plattform
This time we will have designated people taking care of the online community platform.
This is part of how we hold our community together, growing into learning and practising new skills, and sharing the responsibility of caring for one another.
Course participants can register for this role in our community building time during the immersion week.
Feedback 3
Work times
I can't join because I have work!
It was hard for participants to attend some of our sessions as they took place both on weekdays (Tuesdays) and weekends (Saturdays)
We grow!
Work times
We decide to have our sessions mainly on weekends (apart from immersion week and 2-3 Tuesdays that we need to plan to include trainers that are fully booked for the weekends of 2023).

We hope this will allow participants to be more fully present in class and consistent with their active participation.
Feedback 4
Session times
The session time is in the middle of the night!
We grow!
Session times
This time we are hoping to open 2 cohorts, taking place at different times, by this we are hoping to create an opportunity for each person on the globe to be able to take part in their awake time!

We will have Breakout rooms in every single session.

We will have Home groups practice as a routine in our trainer-led sessions and the community meetings.
Feedback 5
Giving voices to all people in the group
We often missed the voices of the more introverted people who take longer to be ready to share. as well as people who are less comfortable in English, or who are less comfortable sharing in a large group etc.
