Paul Kahawatte

Paul is an experienced facilitator, mediator and trainer, focusing on supporting groups through conflict, tricky decision making and the process of developing their systems. His work with transformative processes and systems is grounded in the deep principles of NVC, Restorative Circles and Convergent Facilitation. He also draws on other approaches and practices, including the martial art Aikido. His work is focused on supporting projects, communities and organisations working for social and ecological justice and a world that works for all. Paul is passionate about the full spectrum of Nonviolence and NVC, from the ways it can support our inner worlds, to the larger social transformations it can contribute to. He loves music, walking and being in nature, and hanging out with his friends and loved ones. He lives in Stroud, England.
